We build every website with solid SEO foundations — clean code structure, fast load times, proper heading hierarchy, meta data, and mobile optimisation — all of which Google rewards. We don't promise instant first-page rankings (no one honestly can), but the technical foundation is there, and we can layer in ongoing SEO content if you want to accelerate results.
On the Growth and Scale plans, ongoing website updates are included as part of the service — just let us know what you need. On the Starter plan, smaller changes can be handled for a small ad hoc fee, or you can upgrade your plan. We don't believe in building a site and abandoning you — we're here for the long term.

During onboarding we'll help you decide which platforms make the most sense for your business and target audience — rather than posting everywhere for the sake of it. On the Growth plan, you get 3 posts per week with full content creation — copy, graphics, and scheduling. On the Scale plan, this increases to 5 posts per week plus Reels and Stories. We build a monthly content calendar in advance so you can review and approve everything before it goes out.
We handle everything — strategy, writing, graphic design, and scheduling. You don't need to lift a finger beyond approving the monthly content plan and occasionally sending us photos or videos from your work (which always performs better than stock imagery). We write in your brand voice so it sounds like you, not like a marketing agency.

Yes — paid social ad management is included on the Scale plan, covering Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok. We handle campaign setup, creative, targeting, and ongoing optimisation. Your ad budget goes directly to the platforms; our fee covers the management and strategy. If you're on Growth but want to test paid ads, we can discuss adding it.
No. There are no setup fees, onboarding fees, or hidden costs on any Botpont plan. The monthly price listed is the complete price — configuration, training, launch, and ongoing management are all included. You only start paying from the day your services go live.
Monthly plans are rolling with 30 days' notice to cancel — no long-term commitment required. Annual plans offer ~20% savings in exchange for a 12-month commitment. If your circumstances change mid-year on an annual plan, get in touch and we'll work with you — we're not in the business of holding people to contracts against their will.
Not at all. The Starter plan covers just the AI call agent — and many businesses begin there before adding web development or social media once they've seen the return. You can upgrade your plan at any time, and we make that process smooth so there's no disruption to what's already running.
On the Starter plan, if you consistently exceed 500 calls per month, we'll get in touch to discuss upgrading to Growth — which includes unlimited calls. We won't suddenly cut off your agent or charge you surprise overage fees. We monitor usage and flag it before it becomes an issue so you always have options.
Because our services involve significant upfront build work — AI training, website development, content strategy — we don't offer refunds on work already completed. However, if you're not happy with how things are going, we want to know. We'll work with you to fix the issue before we discuss anything else. Our goal is long-term relationships, not one-time transactions.
